Pros: you will be under great pressure and you'll learn how to learn yourself.
Cons: La La company, poor leaves structure, every other employee looks into personal stuff, takes employees into political rally of Madhavi(janasena party). Gives money to employee's accounts and HR asks those money back and that money is being used to distribute to people to buy votes at last election. Managers are frogs of a stagnant well, every one of the manager started careers here as employee and stayed here till become manager. there would be tons of office politics and backstabbing. Micromanagement is too much, like HR comes and asks like we are not providing money to sit idle "meanwhile deployment pipeline was running". HR behaves like they own the company. No leaves for my own marriage. Even WFH is a luxury here. The more team leads do bootlick the better the package. No value for talent. Very less compensation. if we ask according to market, HR says "staying in vizag is cheap so this salary justifies".
