Cons: - The head of engineering is super incompetent - The TA head advertises the company as the next OpenAI/Anthropic on linkedin but it's the next TCS/Infosys in making - The company doesn't provide any benefits - don't get fooled by the benefits provided during 2022, slice in 2022 was a different company, current company isn't 1% of what slice used to be - everybody is trying to leave - here to pay the bills - they think they are moving fast by shipping bad code and product, but it's moving fast in wrong direction - engineers have zero respect for the management here, the last ounch of good there were here also left

I was called in for an in-person interview after a take home assignment round. The interviewer was horribly dismissive. The round was supposed be a 1 hour Whiteboarding session, however the interviewer proceeded to ask me questions about my current company, all while trying to put me down the entire time. The interviewer even told me they hated the company I worked for currently. After having to deal with this demeaning behaviour for 35-40 minutes, I was given the whiteboarding prompt to do in a matter of about 15 minutes. Very disappointing experience.

HR was helpful with scheduling and setting the expectations for the interview rounds. As per the HR, the R1 would consist of DSA (20 mins), LLD (30 mins), Ques on AI & core distributed systems like Spark, Kafka, Flink, file types, etc. But, the interviewer turned out to be amateur & inexperienced. He arrived 10 mins late for the interview, asked one DSA question and then ended the interview there itself. Huge gap in the process expectation set by HR and the actual interview.
