Cons: This was one of the worst workplaces I have experienced. In my opinion, there are many better organizations to work for. The work culture felt highly toxic, with favoritism appearing to play a significant role in career progression. Even those who seemed to be favored often struggled due to the overall environment. At the Bengaluru location, I felt there was a strong local-group culture that sometimes made employees from other parts of India feel excluded or unsupported. Management was particularly disappointing. While interactions were often polite on the surface, I found the leadership style unsupportive and detrimental to both employee well-being and career growth. The quality of work and processes also did not meet the standards I expected for a Transaction Monitoring function. Additionally, my experience with HR was not positive, as I found communication to be inconsistent and lacking transparency. Based on my personal experience, I would not recommend this company for professionals seeking a healthy work environment, strong leadership, and career development opportunities in this profile.

View on GlassdoorPros: Good company to work with Diverse set of technology Freedom to experiment Excellent amount of AI usage
Cons: High pressure environment 4 days work from office
View on GlassdoorPros: Nascent stage in India so there is high probability of making a long-term career
Cons: Still sees India unit as a low-cost centre not a strategic location . Also , being a small company , politics is high . India HR has zero power . They are executioners for American bosses

The process began with an online HackerRank assessment covering SQL and Python. Shortlisted candidates were called for an in-person technical interview on campus. The interviewers were professional and tried to make me comfortable. The interview focused on SQL queries (JOINs, window functions, NULL handling) and basic Python coding (string manipulation). They also asked about projects mentioned on the resume.
First round was ai video interview which was mostly behavioral, next was oa which was mcq based on hackerrank, 16 mcqs, 5 aptitude and logical reasoning, 5 code snippets output and find the error, rest devops. Final round was technical and hr, was asked both hr and tech questions, included explaining my projects and how it relates to devops.
Sample questions
they didnt select even a single person for this role in our campus, asked randomly insane difficult questions for 8lpa package, from operating systems to core networking, and while discussing about any projects listed in resume, their sole answer was i will make this with claude what have you done, didnt let us explain the main topic, thinking, understanding of all of that, they had already decided not to choose anyone.
Sample questions
They came for on campus hiring where the first round was online assessment where they asked 2 sql and one dsa questions and some aptitude questions The interview was mainly resume based and about projects whats the role of BA , case study etc
Sample questions
