The interview process was Very smooth, hassle-free with quick updates and an openly communicated interview. There are 2 rounds of interviews and both are majorly done virtually. Also the team is very nice in terms of the interview process

The interviewer came across as somewhat condescending, particularly regarding my background as a self-taught designer versus candidates from reputed design colleges. While I understand their preference, the approach felt dismissive of practical experience. Additionally, feedback on my work felt more critical than constructive, which impacted the overall experience.
Interview takes place in 3 rounds. All are zoom rounds. Once the below 3 rounds are completed HR calls you to discuss the salary. If all good you should receive the offer letter within a week or 10days post HR discussion. 1st - Hiring Manager 2nd - One Up of the hiring manager 3rd - Onshore Partner
Interview process involves multiple rounds with India and onshore partners and focuses around current work experience and situation based question. You will be evaluated based on role requirements but experience in multinationals is a plus

Good and formal when I gave in 2022. Structured process but HR is slow to respond. Questions asked were about basic accounting questions and also IFRS 15 and 16. Also behavior questions were asked like tell me about yourself and company values.
