Pros: on time salary so easy to manage expanses
Cons: a lot depens on your manager so you need to cordinate with them for every thing
View on GlassdoorPros: Salary and learning exposure is good
Cons: People and culture. Hectic work life plus work culture is highly negative
View on GlassdoorPros: Absolutely none, slow growth, literally no appraisal
Cons: This company has stoop down to levels beyond imagination. The senior management enjoys everything with 0 work & the rest people are forced to feel unworthy even after they are drowning in work. Pathetic company to work with literally 0 ethics.
View on GlassdoorPros: Working here offers a fantastic if you are in top/middle management as there is no work, so just relax and chill. The environment is highly competitive as only those move ahead who are great at bootlicking and keeping their mouth shut. You get hands-on experience dealing with multiple aspects of operations, student mentoring, and management as there are very few people who actually work. The work culture among peers is generally positive, and you get to collaborate with a very knowledgeable academic and core team. If you want to push your limits and learn how an ed-tech or coaching environment operates from the inside, there are plenty of opportunities to do so. But make sure to commit them forever, as they have the worst exit policy and will literally make you see hell if you want to leave them.
Cons: The biggest drawbacks are the compensation and the workload. The teams often run lean, which means you end up wearing multiple hats and juggling a very heavy workload, leading to high stress levels at times. When it comes to performance reviews and salary hikes, the increments are often minimal or irregular, which makes long-term financial growth difficult, but if you are good at bootlicking or just showing off, then they'll pay you a lot. Additionally, the leave policies can feel quite rigid and stressful to navigate, which makes it hard to manage the already demanding work-life balance.
View on GlassdoorPros: Relaxing, good colleague, Good office, Salary on time, Outting
Cons: Bies management, no career growth, no opportunity, underpaid salary, male domination.
