Pros: The projects offered exposure to real-world software engineering challenges, but my overall experience was overshadowed by the unresolved payment dispute.
Cons: My experience was negatively impacted by an unresolved payment dispute concerning documented consulting work. Despite contributing to software development, production bug fixing, testing, deployments, integrations, and project support while maintaining timesheets and submitting invoices, compensation remained unresolved from my perspective. Greater transparency regarding contractor payments, approvals, and dispute resolution is needed.
