We are seeking an experienced .NET Engineer who can independently drive application modernization initiatives and address technical debt across enterprise applications.
Responsibilities
- We are seeking an experienced .NET Engineer who can independently drive application modernization initiatives and address technical debt across enterprise applications.
- The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in modern .NET technologies and hands-on experience with repository migrations, build and deployment pipelines, remediation of security vulnerabilities, framework upgrades, and replacement of obsolete components.
- Lead technical debt remediation initiatives across .NET applications.
- Manage and improve build, release, and deployment pipelines. Develop, enhance, and maintain REST APIs and backend services. Troubleshoot production issues and implement sustainable solutions.
- Ensure adherence to coding standards, security best practices, and architectural guidelines.
- Work independently with minimal supervision while collaborating with architects, DevOps engineers, and business stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Preferred Skills Azure App Services Azure Functions Azure DevOps Docker & Kubernetes SonarQube, Veracode, Checkmarx or similar security scanning tools
- Demonstrated experience handling application modernization, technical debt reduction, and security remediation initiatives.
- Proven ability to work independently and drive technical solutions end-to-end.
- Key Requirement: The candidate should be capable of independently owning technical debt workstreams, including repository migration, build/deployment setup, framework upgrades, replacement of obsolete components, and remediation of security vulnerabilities while ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
