Responsibilities
- Design and develop LLM-powered capabilities and agentic or multi-agent systems end to end, from idea to production
- Work with current tools in machine learning, deep learning and NLP, including LLMs
- Build and maintain scalable production systems that power AI features on the platform Optimise models and pipelines for performance, cost and scale Mentor junior engineers and influence peers and stakeholders, working with product, customer-facing teams and customers Follow the research literature, write technical blogs and publish at conferences such as EMNLP and ACL
Qualifications
- Design and develop LLM-powered capabilities and agentic or multi-agent systems end to end, from idea to production
- Work with current tools in machine learning, deep learning and NLP, including LLMs
- Build and maintain scalable production systems that power AI features on the platform
