Overview
Sopra Steria is hiring an experienced Tech Lead AIML to lead development and deployment of advanced AI solutions. The role combines technical leadership, architecture, and hands-on delivery across Generative AI, MLOps, and cloud-native systems.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical leadership and architectural direction for advanced Generative AI applications
- Oversee LLM fine-tuning, optimization, and evaluation strategies
- Lead development and orchestration of modular AI workflows and integrate them into enterprise systems
- Architect and manage scalable, production-ready AI deployments on cloud platforms
- Drive adoption of MLOps and LLMOps best practices with automated deployment and monitoring
- Oversee end-to-end ML pipeline development ensuring robustness, scalability, and data integrity
- Guide implementation and continual improvement of NER models and other deep learning solutions
- Lead integration of multimodal LLMs and OCR technologies for real-world applications
- Design and develop robust FastAPI APIs for scalable model serving
- Act as liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders
- Mentor and upskill ML/AI engineers
- Stay current with AI/ML research and evaluate emerging technologies for adoption
- Use cloud platforms with attention to cost-effectiveness, high availability, and performance
- Promote a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning
- Deliver AI solutions at scale and influence technical direction
- Manage cross-functional teams
