Overview
Join Qualcomm in Thiruvananthapuram as a MERN Stack Developer Intern. This entry-level internship is built for candidates eager to turn classroom knowledge into hands-on experience across the frontend, backend and database of a live product.
Responsibilities
- Build responsive, accessible user interfaces and reusable components.
- Design and implement REST/GraphQL APIs and server-side business logic.
- Model data and write efficient queries against SQL / NoSQL databases.
- Integrate the frontend and backend and ship features end to end.
- Write clean, tested code, fix bugs and act on code-review feedback.
- Take part in daily stand-ups, sprint planning and demos.
Qualifications
- is required; a genuine interest in software engineering, solid fundamentals and a willingness to learn matter far more than a polished CV.
- Who should apply: students in their final year or recent graduates (BE/B.Tech/BCA/MCA/M.Tech or equivalent, any branch with strong coding fundamentals) based in or willing to relocate to Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala. If you have built anything on your own — college projects, hackathons, open-source or side projects — that is a big plus for this role.
- By the end of this internship you'll have shipped real full-stack features, built a portfolio you can talk about in interviews, and understood how professional engineering teams plan, build, review and deploy software. Strong performers are considered for a Pre-Placement Offer (PPO) and a full-time software engineering role.
