Good way into actual software engineering
Pros: You get to work on real world problems. Routine work is rarely mundane. You get recognized for your contributions. Performance is tracked well and rewards are offered accordingly.
Cons: No WFH policy is in place. A little flexibility in this area would bump up employee moral many folds.

Initially it started with resume related questions. Trying to guage my RTL design exposure. Later they gave a small but medium level problem to solve. I did around half of it, Interview was very short as it was a campus hiring round
