Overview

Location: Offshore (India) – hybrid/remote arrangements available depending on team and client needs

Responsibilities

• We are looking for a Senior Software Full Stack Engineer to design and develop complex, highly available, distributed systems on AWS using Go, Python, and Node.js, running on Kubernetes-based platforms such as EKS and OpenShift. You will work closely with a technical lead and cross-functional teams to deliver resilient, well-tested systems, contribute to engineering best practices, and mentor junior engineers as you grow your technical leadership capabilities.
• Design and develop distributed, high-availability systems in Go, Python, and Node.js
• Contribute to and uphold engineering best practices and coding standards established by the team
• Implement and optimize AWS infrastructure with a focus on scalability, cost, security, and resilience across EKS, OpenShift, and serverless/compute services
• Build and maintain automation pipelines across CI/CD, infrastructure provisioning, testing, and operations
• Participate in technical design reviews and contribute to architecture discussions
• Mentor junior engineers and provide constructive code review feedback
• Collaborate with product and business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions
• Contribute to incident response, root-cause analysis, and long-term reliability improvements
• Stay current on new tools and technologies and propose adoption where there is clear value
