In this role, you’ll handle inbound customer queries related to retail asset products, ensuring timely resolutions and a delightful experience. Based in Airoli, Navi Mumbai, this is a great opportunity to grow your career in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment with one of India’s leading banks.
- Handle inbound calls and resolve customer queries related to retail asset products
- Provide accurate, timely, and personalized solutions to enhance customer satisfaction
- Educate customers about bank products and services to support informed decisions
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions
- Meet individual and team targets for service quality and customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure quick resolution of customer issues
- Stay updated on bank products, services, and processes
- Support sales goals through effective customer engagement
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year in customer service, preferably in banking or financial services
- Excellent communication in English and Hindi; regional languages are a plus
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Customer-focused with a positive attitude
- Comfortable working in rotational shifts, including weekends and holidays
- Proficient in computer systems and applications
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Full-time)
