Experience in setting up green field scalable observability platform for enterprises with diverse complex IT ecosystems. Deep knowledge of modern AI infused observability tools. Understanding of distributed systems, microservices and cloud-native architectures. Experience with Terraform and CI/CD pipelines.
Responsibilities
- Setting up green field scalable observability platform
- Define and monitor SLOs, SLIs, alerting and incident management processes
- Lead team of engineers and SRE
- Build solutions with balanced commercial, functional and technical view
Qualifications
- 3-5 years DevOps experience
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, microservices and cloud-native architectures
- Experience with infrastructure as code (Terraform, CloudFormation)
- Proficiency in at least one programming language (Python, Go, Java)
- Experience with AIOPs
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
