Our story. Confession: it was an in-house project and GeekSquad didn't exist at the time. The project began with major challenges - acquiring quality resources, strenous interviews and months of notice period. No prize for guessing - the project was delayed. There were raised eye-brows all around us. However, the quality of the finished product turned the frown upside-down. Second phase was a different monster. Team occupancy, hiring, budget and timelines posed as primary concerns. Desperate times call for desperate measures. We decided to build and manage a remote team. Suddenly, the world was our canvas. We acquired the best talent in the industry in just a week's time. It worked like a charm. Post the stablization of the project, we released 60% of the team. Nobody complained. That ws our light bulb moment! We realised that every company needs experts and they need them now. Being able to release or hire them on-demand is a bonus. And thus, GeekSquad was born!

- Design and develop interactive applications using Streamlit.
- Build scalable backend services and APIs using Python FastAPI.
- Develop and optimize data solutions on Databricks.
- Deploy and manage applications using Databricks Apps (Mandatory).
- Integrate front-end applications with backend APIs and data services.
- Collaborate with data engineers, data scientists, and business teams.
- Ensure application performance, reliability, and security.
- Participate in code reviews, testing, and release management activities.

- We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer with strong Full Stack development expertise in Streamlit, Python FastAPI, Databricks, and Databricks Apps. The ideal candidate will build data-driven web applications and deploy scalable solutions within the Databricks ecosystem.
- 7+ years of software development experience.
- Strong experience with Python programming.
- Hands-on expertise in FastAPI.
- Strong Databricks development experience.
- Mandatory experience with Databricks Apps deployment and management.
- Familiarity with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile methodologies.
- Knowledge of AI/ML application development.
- Understanding of cloud-native architectures.
- Front End: Streamlit
- Middleware: Python FastAPI
- Backend: Databricks
- Hosting Environment: Databricks Apps (Mandatory)
