- Demonstrated expertise in enterprise AI, Generative AI, and intelligent agent architectures, with experience building secure, scalable, production-ready AI solutions (must have).

- Experience integrating modern engineering platforms and DevSecOps ecosystems, including Atlassian products (Jira, Confluence, Forge, Atlas, Automation) and CI/CD pipelines; proven ability to influence technical direction and mentor engineers (preferred).
- Performing and managing rigorous, logical, and accurate analysis of complex AI architecture and platform challenges — identifying and framing complex problems, addressing root causes, and drawing out innovative insights rather than surface-level fixes.
