The interview process consisted of **three rounds**. * **Round 1:** Recruiter screening focused on my background, years of experience, current role, leadership experience, and motivation for joining the company. * **Round 2:** Technical interview covering software architecture, system design, leadership, stakeholder management, AI adoption, and real-world engineering scenarios. The discussion was based heavily on past project experience rather than algorithmic coding. * **Round 3:** Panel interview with the hiring manager, product leaders, and engineering leadership. This round focused on Chapter Lead responsibilities, technical transformation, engineering culture, mentoring, stakeholder collaboration, AI strategy, and people leadership. The interview was conversational and scenario-based, with several follow-up questions to evaluate depth of experience and decision-making. Overall, the interview process was well structured, collaborative, and focused on practical leadership experience rather than theoretical questions. Interviewers were friendly, asked detailed follow-up questions, and were interested in understanding how I approached technical decisions, team development, stakeholder management, and large-scale engineering transformations.
