HR Recruiter internship experience review
Pros: *Before doing this internship I did not have any working experience in a company , they guided me in every way possible and I became confident and developed good team building and interpersonal skills .I dont regret working here as I was just into begining of my degree 2nd year and still got this opportunity. *learnt business networking by participating at Business expo. *Stipend and certificate was provided.
Cons: *Office infrastructure is not up to the mark(hygiene) * In offer letter they mentioned HR internship but after joining it was just a part = only Recruiter role Hence,its okay we can do it as something is bettter than nothing.
