I was first told to introduce, and then asked a few system design question not much focus on dsa but more questions on system design and java and plsql skills

It was good. The process was too smooth and there were no hurdles. It went really well and the response rate was also quick. If you are looking for a job, you must apply here.

The recruitment process consists of three stages. The first is an aptitude test with 40 questions that must be completed within 20 minutes, and candidates need to answer at least 28 questions correctly to qualify. This is followed by a technical round that mainly focuses on SQL queries and Linux fundamentals. Candidates who clear the technical round then proceed to the final HR interview.

I went through the interview process for a senior leadership position and progressed all the way to the final round. While the interviewers I interacted with were generally professional and the role itself was interesting, the overall recruitment process was disappointing. The process was quite lengthy, with significant delays and limited clarity around timelines and next steps. Communication from the recruiting team was inconsistent, and at several points it was difficult to understand where things stood despite being told that I remained under serious consideration. At one stage, I was also asked to travel to Mumbai for a 30-minute in-person discussion. There was no clear communication regarding whether travel expenses would be covered, which was disappointing given the seniority of the role and the time and effort involved in travelling for such a short meeting. The final rejection feedback was also somewhat surprising given the progression through the process. Concerns around communication, preparation, and long-term commitment were cited only at the end, despite these presumably being factors that could have been evaluated much earlier in the process. This made the feedback feel somewhat disconnected from how the candidacy had been handled throughout. I understand that companies need to be selective, particularly for senior leadership positions, and I have no issue with being rejected. However, candidates investing several weeks and multiple rounds in a process deserve a more structured experience, clearer communication, and timely feedback.

There was onsite test of 20 min, similar to U-CAT. Basic numerical, logical questions were asked , if cleared a hiring manager takes your interview. On boarding and all is pretty normal.
