Toxic management and no work-life balance
Pros: The people there (excluding the management).
Cons: Endless. They hold back salaries (your basic right) if the client is not satisfied because someone in charge failed to provide a realistic delivery estimate. Meanwhile, the people in management who made those decisions continue to enjoy their salaries and free time, while employees who had nothing to do with the timeline discussions end up paying the price. There is absolutely no work-life balance. Management expects you to work on Saturdays and Sundays while they enjoy their weekends at home. One piece of advice to anyone reading this: don't believe everything a company portrays on social media or LinkedIn. A company with a genuinely good culture doesn't need to constantly market it online its employees naturally speak positively about it. Don't fall for the marketing. Do your own research, talk to current and former employees, and make an informed decision. Don't get scammed.
