This round they will check for your abilities and your previous experience and your skills on various sourcing platforms. It was a telephonic round with basic questions about my last job natures, roles, etc . But my designation and the job nature is totally contradict. worst Management. Fake offers are released and they take employees on trail and error basis

This manpower organisation called me and asked to go for an interview with their client at the client side and a Detailed interview took place where they asked about my current organisation kind of work I do.
