Toxic environment with unclear expectations and job security
Pros: Very limited positives from my experience
Cons: * Leadership lacked a clear understanding of product and technology. * Decisions were inconsistent and priorities changed frequently. * Expectations were unclear, making it difficult to know what success looked like. * There was very little structure, process, or accountability. * Employees were often expected to deliver without proper direction or support. * Job security felt uncertain due to unpredictable decision-making. * Fear of sudden termination created an unhealthy work environment. * Long-term career growth and employee development did not appear to be a priority. * Not an environment I would recommend for freshers or professionals looking for stability. * Think carefully before joining. For the company, replacing an employee may be easy. For the employee, the consequences of a bad career move can last for years. And before you join, think again, think about your career, think about your family, and any option B if you have one
