I recently interviewed with this organization and had a mixed experience. The technical round was conducted smoothly and was a positive interaction. However, the process became unclear afterward. I was initially informed that the second round would be with a client, but it was later changed to a discussion with the internal management team without much explanation. Despite preparing thoroughly for both the role and the organization, the second interview was very brief (around 15–20 minutes) and consisted mostly of basic questions such as career goals, background, and general fit. There was limited opportunity to demonstrate skills or discuss the role in depth. What was most disappointing was receiving a negative outcome without any constructive feedback. After clearing the technical round, I believe candidates deserve at least a brief explanation to understand where they fell short. A more structured and transparent process, along with meaningful feedback, would significantly improve the candidate experience.

There were 3 rounds of interview with the owner, operations head and the HR, salary discussion, relocation possibility and time to join. They were kind enough to provide relocation assistance.

The process was quite swift and structured, the interview steps had clarity and each of the rounds had a specific stakeholder coming in and asking relevant questions. A positive interview experience and timely feedback process.

1 rounds of interview and HM was good took time to understand my opinion shared his well and he was very happy with my past experience. And within 30 min of interview i got offer so i think company and process is smooth
