Cons: If you're a fresher looking for an internship, I would not recommend starting your career here. In my experience, there was very little emphasis on mentorship or learning. The focus was primarily on delivering work quickly, and getting guidance from experienced engineers was often difficult. Regular, constructive feedback was also lacking throughout the internship. At the end of the internship, I received a rejection with reasons that felt unclear and based on comparisons with significantly more experienced engineers rather than expectations appropriate for an intern. Overall, it was not the supportive learning environment I expected as a fresher, and I would not recommend it to others starting their careers.

Cons: Do not want to retain new employees, the company is stuck in its old ways and do not want to get new people to take any major work so they simply hired new people and within a few months either they leave the job themselves due to poor management or they are removed, not because of poor performance but due to poor management
