Great place to learn, contribute, and gain hands-on experience
Pros: Great learning opportunity with exposure to real-world product operations, analytics, and automation projects. The team provided opportunities to work independently, improve technical skills, and understand business processes. Good environment for students and early-career professionals to gain practical experience.
Cons: As a growing company, there are opportunities to further enhance processes and documentation as the team continues to scale.

My experience with C4scale
Pros: Got a very good experience on AI projects with industry experience. Got chance to work with market demanding libraries and frameworks.
Cons: Not much human to human interaction as most of the employees are working in remote.

Awesome work ! You will learn how to build software from ground up!
Pros: It's a startup and expect hands-on across tech stack. This is the only company in my experience where 'Software Engineer' actually means working across stack, problems and infra. You know how to write scalable software, infra, code backend, think problems from customer perspective.
Thanks for the opportunity!
Cons: Sometimes you are let to work on your own and I realized that's when research, learning and proposals was done with pros/cons. This is how top 5%-ile companies work like Google. So it's not really a cons

🌟Great Hands-On Learning Experience with LLM and API Development, but Comes with Work-Life Tradeoffs
Pros: 1. You will gain a very practical sense of knowledge and understanding by working closely with Clients & the CTO directly.
2. A great place for beginners to get hands-on experience — I personally worked on 2 LLM-based projects and learned how to build APIs and integrate LLMs from scratch.
3. Closely connected with other team members like frontend, DevOps, ML engineers, etc., which gives you good exposure across domains.
4. Fully remote working environment.
5. In my early time here, I worked directly with the CTO which helped me build an industrial mindset and also develop DevOps/Linux-related skills.
6. Sometimes you’ll be asked to work under pressure or beyond limits — I would still consider this partly a positive because it pushes you to grow faster.
Cons: 1. Low salary compared to industry standards.
2. Poor work-life balance — sometimes I was called at 12 AM to resolve urgent tasks.
3. While working under pressure has some growth aspects, it often crosses into unhealthy expectations.
4. Lack of proper guidance — during my time the team was very small with no senior members, so I was fully dependent on the CTO. Sometimes when I needed clarifications, the CTO expected me to figure it out on my own, which wasn’t always feasible.
5. There were some clauses in the internship period regarding Notice Period (NP). Do check the terms & conditions carefully before joining.
