Cons: - Excessive micromanagement. - The CEO believes he knows everything and often acts as if an entire feature can be built in five minutes. - There was significant drama surrounding the CEO's divorce. Police would occasionally come to the office, and employees would rush outside, worried they might get caught up in the situation. - Employees were frequently expected to work until midnight and continue the next day. Delays were often blamed on developers, even when requirements were changed at the last moment before delivery. - The CEO's personal affairs became widely known within the office, creating an unprofessional work environment. - The CEO has very limited technical knowledge but often dominates technical discussions and meetings despite lacking a clear understanding of the topics being discussed. - No cultural and team bonding events - Too much politics
