Pros: Flexible timings , so chill haii most days
Cons: unpredictable work, no compensation for overtime
View on GlassdoorPros: Better learning opportunities and career growth
Cons: High work pressure and fast paced environment
View on GlassdoorPros: Hardly any except wfh options
Cons: Horrible work place… politics, incompetent seniors, HR useless, only focused on getting good glassdoor reviews to fool new joinees. Mass Lack of clarity
View on GlassdoorPros: Good learning opportunities, especially for freshers. You get exposure to different technologies and real-world projects. A good place to build your initial experience and strengthen your technical skills.
Cons: Apart from the salary, which is below average, there are hardly any employee benefits. Even basic office amenities like snacks or bananas are not provided, so employees have to go outside and purchase food themselves. There is often a shortage of seating, and employees sometimes have to struggle to find a seat to work from the office. Overall, the employee experience and workplace facilities could be significantly better.
View on GlassdoorPros: Got the opportunity to work on certain projects from scratch and in experience of working in a fast-paced startup
Cons: Too much of work pressure. Employees being forced to work 12-15 hours as they do need not have much resources and don't even hire as per the requirement and forcing the other employees to extend their working hrs and meet the commitments. No benefits and perks apart from salary(which is average). Not even a good office to work in just a small space where you will feel suffocated. Senior leadership has blind faith on their engineering managers and managers use this as an advantage.

recently interviewed for a Senior Android Engineer role and found the experience disappointing from a candidate perspective. The interview began directly with coding questions without much introduction or discussion. I was asked to solve two medium-level DSA problems, which I completed with optimal approaches and discussed their time and space complexities. However, the interaction felt abrupt, and the interview concluded very quickly with limited feedback or technical discussion. When I asked for clarification, I was told my DSA skills did not meet expectations, despite having solved the problems successfully. I believe interviews are not only about evaluation but also about maintaining professional and respectful communication with candidates. Unfortunately, this experience did not leave a positive impression.
Sample questions
The interview process was smooth and professional. I was contacted via email for a virtual interview. The session lasted about an hour and included both technical and behavioral questions. The interviewer focused on my understanding of supervised learning, model evaluation, Python coding, and problem-solving in ML workflows. They also asked about my projects and practical applications. The overall atmosphere was friendly, and the interviewer gave enough time to explain my thoughts.
From screening to onboarding, every step of the process was smooth and transparent. Every minute detail was given by the HR, and the role clarity was provided by the panelists.
Sample questions
I sat for an on Campus Offline Interview for Convegenius in September 2024. The interview Process Included total of Two Technical and One Hiring Manager Round. Students having CGPA greater than 6.5 who were Shortlisted Based on the Online Assessment were Eligible to Sit for the Interviews.
Sample questions
Process was not great. As I was working on weekdays I requested to re-schedule it on a Saturday morning or early morning between 8:30 to 9:30 am but the interview was cancelled.
