Pros: The company offers great leadership, a supportive work environment, and excellent opportunities for continuous learning and growth.
Cons: Found No Cons till now
View on GlassdoorPros: I joined this organization as a fresher with zero prior work experience, and initially, I used to feel nervous whenever I was assigned a task because I lacked confidence in my abilities. However, the supportive environment and the clear vision of the management helped me grow both personally and professionally. The senior developers here have been incredibly supportive throughout my journey. They guided me patiently, encouraged me to learn, and gave me the freedom to explore new technologies and ideas. Their constant support and trust helped me build confidence, improve my skills, and become more comfortable taking ownership of tasks.

Cons: Work can be demanding during deadlines, but it provides valuable learning opportunities
View on GlassdoorPros: Dailoqa is an exciting company working at the intersection of financial services and agentic AI. The company focuses on solving real-world business problems rather than building generic AI demos, which makes the work meaningful and practical. Employees get exposure to cutting-edge AI technologies, enterprise-grade AI integration, compliance-focused systems, and innovative platforms like Broccoli. The leadership team has strong financial industry expertise, and there is a collaborative environment where ideas are encouraged. The projects are challenging and provide opportunities to learn about AI orchestration, automation, compliance workflows, and scalable enterprise solutions. The company culture supports innovation, fast execution, and continuous learning, making it a strong place for professionals interested in AI-driven transformation within banking and financial services.
Cons: Nothing as of now. Everything is good.
View on GlassdoorPros: The founders at Dailoqa are genuinely exceptional, they care about your growth as an individual, not just your output on the current project. You're given significant autonomy and creative freedom. The culture is refreshingly authentic and anti-hype, with zero corporate nonsense or micromanagement. People are collaborative, low-ego, and approachable despite their impressive backgrounds. If you want to build deep expertise in a niche, high-value space whilst working with leadership that genuinely invests in your development, this is a rare find.
Cons: The biggest challenge is working without an immediate team. Whilst the autonomy is empowering, not having peers to collaborate with, brainstorm alongside, or learn from daily can feel isolating.

It was a one-day interview process that began with resume shortlisting. After being shortlisted, I received a call for an onsite interview in Noida, Uttar Pradesh. On the interview day, the first round was a written test covering topics such as RAG, LLMs, Git, and Python. After clearing the written round, I proceeded to the technical interview, which was followed by a managerial round. Each round was elimination round
Sample questions
There were total 3 rounds: -first: pen paper on which python, ml, deep learning, genAI related questions were asked you have to write answers and even codes, next it was of 70 marks 40 was minimum to go to next rounds as i have given my interview with at least 15-20 persons too for thus same job role. -second: it was pure face-to-face interview about my profile and some brainstoring questions related to RAG and all. -last: face-to-face interview with senior director, and he asked to describe a project (any project even internship project also) and tell him 3 things: 1) problem(business problem) overview 2) technical solution you build to solve that 3) outcome, and at last I got selected!!!
Sample questions
Decent, it was a short one due to timing constraint at interviewer. a follow up was informed but didn't heard back. A final answer to close the thread would be helpful for candidates.
