Pros: Nothing good things here to work
Cons: Payment is a serious concern. Despite the tasks being approved, payments are not being released within the agreed timeline. Additionally, some tasks are being rejected after approval, which appears to be due to reluctance to process the payment. Looks like they are doing fraud with the payment

View on GlassdoorPros: Worst Experience I worked here remotely for 1 month And from two months i am waiting for my payment, no one is helping, i reach out to managers, HR, onboarding team, support team, they are just playing with emails i think, multiple time verified my pan and bank details but its so frustrating, no one is replying, no one is helping.

Email to Support team just playing with emails but still no payment 4.not me all my co- workers facing same issue Its so frustrating… I want to aware everyone please stay away from this kind of trap

it was hard,it wasnt what i expected very different,i tried contacting but didnt workout,and its nowhere related to what people say or do to the things,and i tried really hard for this interview,getting a ref would be useful for these type of things

The interview process was great. She asked some questions and based on some basic questions, she was trying to understand my mindset. And yeah, the interview was easy but legit and she is a highly talented interviewer. The interview went smooth, professional, and great.

The process included 4 rounds: 1. Problem Solving & System Design: Designed a Scalable System for Amazon Flash Sales. 2. AI System Design: Build a System for AI Agents handling long-running tasks. 3. Managerial Round: Discussed leadership and cultural fit. 4. HR Round: Learned about the company’s growth and discussed salary.

Interview Experience: Positive The interview process consisted of three rounds. Round 1 – Technical: Focused on machine coding, React implementation, and core JavaScript concepts. The interviewer also discussed my previous work experience and projects. Round 2 – Engineering Manager: This round covered technical questions across the tech stack, along with in-depth discussions about my projects and past experience. Round 3 – HR: The HR round focused on introduction, cultural fit, and background discussion. The communication throughout was very clear and professional. Special thanks to Shashikanth Singapuram for the excellent HR coordination and smooth communication during the entire process. Overall Experience: The interview process was smooth, well-structured, and professional. I received the offer after the HR round.
