Pros: No Night shift, comfortable working environment
Cons: No appraisal and bonus pay
View on GlassdoorPros: I don't see any pros
Cons: The work-life balance is one of the biggest concerns. Employees are frequently expected to stretch beyond regular working hours, and there seems to be limited consideration for personal time or commitments. The workload and expectations can make it difficult to maintain a healthy work-life balance. Another major concern is the management culture. The behavior of some managers can be extremely rude, dismissive, and unprofessional. There is a noticeable lack of empathy and understanding when employees face genuine personal or professional challenges. Instead of having open and constructive conversations, employees can sometimes feel pressured or intimidated. Employee well-being does not always appear to be a priority. The overall environment can feel more focused on meeting targets and deadlines than on treating employees with respect and humanity. Communication from management could also be significantly improved. There also seems to be limited appreciation for employees' efforts, particularly when they consistently take on additional responsibilities or work beyond their regular hours. This can eventually lead to frustration, burnout, and disengagement.
View on GlassdoorPros: Coworkers were generally friendly and supportive. Learned useful skills in my role. Company has a well-known, stable brand name in the industry.
Cons: Pay and benefits did not feel competitive compared to similar roles elsewhere. Raises and bonuses were minimal or inconsistent. Felt undervalued despite workload and responsibilities.

View on GlassdoorPros: Supportive leadership and managers Opportunities for career growth and internal mobility Exposure to advanced analytics, AI, and cutting-edge technologies Collaborative and inclusive work environment Meaningful work with global impact
Cons: Job titles in some functions could be modernized and aligned more closely with industry standards to improve talent attraction and external perception.
