Pros: no cons and anything as of now
Cons: totally micromanaged late-night call with team
View on GlassdoorPros: - Excellent technical exposure across full-stack technologies and cloud platforms - Supportive and friendly leadership, especially from CEO Mr. Pramath Bakliwal - Opportunities to work on challenging international projects and clients - Positive team culture with yearly outings and celebrations - Health insurance and generally good work environment
Cons: - Salary growth and increments could be faster. - Scope for more structured career progression for long-serving employees.
View on GlassdoorPros: Nothing is there to like
Cons: - The company has very strict attendance policy - Required 9 hr 15 min seat timing daily - Only desk time counts as working hours. If you want to take refreshment, lunch, tea, or snacks, you have to punch out, even for phone calls. - work culture feel highly micromanaged - Focus is more on time tracking rather than productivity. - Some senior employees who have been in the company for a long time behave as if the management is their personal property, and they constantly flatter or li@k up to management. - Always drama for leave. - Management sometimes avoids informing clients about the developer's leave just to keep billing or avoid questions, which puts extra pressure on employees. Even when developers compensate by working extra hours, they still create unnecessary drama and complaints about taking leave.

View on GlassdoorPros: I have been provided with ample opportunities for career growth and advancement. Ambiance gives motivation to work and good team support.
