Extremely Disappointing and Unprofessional Hiring Experience - I had a very disappointing experience with this company’s recruitment process.I successfully cleared two rounds of interviews after which the HR round was conducted and salary discussions were completed. I was explicitly informed that the offer letter would be released. I then contacted the recruiter who was in touch with me from Day1 and he told me that the offer letter would be released on Monday. When I followed up on Monday, I was told that it would instead be released by Wednesday as they were working on the necessary approvals. However, when I followed up again on Wednesday, recruiter stopped answering my calls and did not respond to my emails either. After investing considerable time in the interview process and being given repeated assurances regarding the offer, simply disappearing without providing any update is extremely unprofessional. If the company had decided not to proceed, the least they could have done was communicate that clearly. Keeping someone waiting after completing multiple interview rounds, discussing compensation and promising an offer is a complete disregard for a candidate's time. A request to the company and recruiter: please have some basic decency and professionalism when dealing with candidates. If you cannot proceed with an offer, communicate it honestly instead of repeatedly giving false timelines and then becoming unreachable. Candidates' time is valuable too. Please stop wasting candidates' time and treat people with the professionalism and respect they deserve.

Interview by hiring manager, followed by business case submission and then F2F discussion with Hiring manager and HR Director and finally 25 mins with CEO. CEO holds all the cards and all other are looking for 15 mins of fame. They should drop all the shenanigans of going through all the rounds and save time for candidates. CEO ended practically schooling basic stats funda when he himself failed to recall basic AWS analytics services.
