What employees say
+ Salary comes on time, that's about it.
− Honestly one of the worst work environments I've been part of. The whole culture at this branch is controlled by two senior employees and a Deputy Manager, and it has nothing to do

Cons: Honestly one of the worst work environments I've been part of. The whole culture at this branch is controlled by two senior employees and a Deputy Manager, and it has nothing to do with work — it's just constant bad language, taunting, mental pressure almost every single day. Doesn't matter how well you're doing your job, if you're not in their "circle" you'll be targeted one way or another. If your pay includes incentives, be ready to fight for them. If you're not the type to speak up or push back, just forget about seeing that incentive amount. Even when you do ask, they act like they're above answering to you and keep brushing it off every single time. Tried escalating to seniors at other locations thinking that would help, it didn't. If anything it gets worse after — they make sure other employees who are close to them start behaving the same way with you, rude comments, cold treatment, the works. HR and compliance are basically useless here. These people have been in the company 15-20 years so they know exactly how to twist things around, and somehow the one who raised the issue ends up with a bad performance review instead. Feedback gets used as a weapon, not as feedback. There's a lot of favoritism, a small group acts like they own the place and answer to no one. New or junior employees have almost no real support if something goes wrong.

Cons: Increment numbers are less, bad work life balance and office politics.

medium difficulty, thorough process and quick responses The HR called me and explained the job description. After a couple of weeks, 1st round of interview happened with the Hiring Manager which happened for an hour. Then a 2nd round happened which was a technical round for 1 hour. didnt get selected after
Sample questions
Very casual interview, probably just wanted to know if I could speak in English or not. Followed a test with basic numpy, pandas and stuff so got asked questions about that. Also asked a fair amount about my resume.
Sample questions
This is the process below: Hr round Tech round 1 Tech round 2 Bar raiser round Not too difficult Applying was also easy. HR was very patient in scheduling and was mindful of my time
Sample questions
Pretty smooth. The manager interviewing me was kind, took interest in my response and gave clear feedback. The interview lasted 30 minutes and was overall a good experience. However, next steps were not shared.
Sample questions
The interview focused on Python, SQL, and ETL skills. I was given some coding questions to solve during the first round. While the Python questions were relatively easy, the SQL questions were of an advanced level. They also asked a few data warehousing-related questions. The interviewer was very encouraging and aimed to assess my problem-solving abilities. Overall, it was a positive interview experience.
