easiest interview process, there were GD, then aptitude then HR round and then managerial round... it was so smooth and easy. I went for Walk in drive and selected on the same day for insurance domain

I had six rounds of interview, spanning nearly a month. It was quite prolonged as the role wasn't even that senior level. Although, the HR was okay, but multiple rounds with different people made no sense. They could have combined and done just 2 or 3 rounds maximum.

The Process was easy. It was 1-1 talk with one of the senior employee. SQL based queries were asked. And details about past work experience etc. The discussion was good. The question were based on Resume and the opening.

The interviewer told me to complete the aptitude test and she told me she will inform me about the remaining process but she never called me back and neither picked up the call even if I call her , I called the HR so many times but she refused to pick up the call and respond as well . Kindly please atleast inform us what are the results because I completed the test well and was expecting for the results but refused to inform us is a not appropriate.

It was a smooth experience. All interviewers were equally understanding & supportive. Overall a great experience. I would highly recommend joining Gallagher for a bright future and also when it comes work life balance for women.
