It was a through process detailed about QA experience and skills including reporting knowledge. By monitoring calls and evaluating interactions, QA helps: Identify skill gaps Provide coaching on communication, product knowledge, empathy, and call handling Improve agent confidence and performance

The interview completed within 30 minutes for Senior Database administrator position. it's not that much critical and I have cleared the round very quickly. The delivery manager and one of the technical people were conducting the interview.

Though the initial process went smoothly but the face to face they took long time to complete and made me wait the entire day and finally I got offered but post which there was no response from the team and its almost a month no response. Very worst process
