View on GlassdoorPros: Earlier, the company had some good projects. If you are currently assigned to a project, you have a good opportunity to work on development activities and gain valuable experience.
Cons: Internally, employees are being let go when they are on the bench. Once you are moved to the bench, there is a possibility that you may not receive your salary and could eventually be terminated. I joined in 2021, and until 2026, I received only two appraisals. So, there is very little opportunity for significant salary growth within the company.
