Cons: Managers and TLs are biased and show favorism. They expect special favors to be their favourite. Being a mom of 3 recently returned to work from 3rd maternity, I'm getting midnight calls from managers, TLs. Even tonight upto 12 20 I had to speak to them and my office collegues husband making them happy so they can get me a team or job or provide financial support.

First round was an online test of MCQs, mostly on programming basics Second round was a group discussion, with 6 candidates asked to discuss various topics with 2 "judges". Third was the technical round where questions were asked about portfolio projects, how we built it, how we'd alter it to new requirements.
