Toxic work culture with high stress and low morale
Pros: • No positive aspects worth highlighting from my experience. • The company culture feels more like a strict school than a professional workplace. • Employees are discouraged from interacting freely with one another, which creates an uncomfortable and isolated work environment. • Only 30 minutes are allocated for lunch, which feels insufficient during a long workday. • The standard office timings are 9:30 AM to 7:30 PM, resulting in a 10-hour workday that can be exhausting. • The work environment is highly stressful and hectic, with significant pressure on employees.
Cons: • Management expectations are often high, while support and flexibility are limited. • The atmosphere can feel restrictive, making it difficult to collaborate naturally with colleagues. • Employee morale and job satisfaction appear to be low due to the demanding work culture. • Limited opportunities for professional growth and skill development.
