4 rounds of interview together with case study presentations. Process was lengthy with long time taken for salary negotiations. There were hiring manager, team member, HR head and HRBP rounds.

Started with a group discussion, people were then selected for individual interviews where we talked about our background, answered a few questions and were then told our results. We were asked about our knowledge of the industry, the products and tested on our sales ability.

Proactive process lots of support from hr and consultant the resume screening was done in 15 days and interview was set which continued for about 30 min and after which it just took one month for on boarding

The interview process consisted of three rounds. It began with a profile shortlisting based on my experience and skills. This was followed by a technical round where I was assessed on my domain knowledge, problem-solving ability, and design thinking process. The final round was with HR, which included a discussion about company policies, culture, and salary negotiation.
