Pros: Great team members and place to work
Cons: Time to show mistakes can be learned from is needed
View on GlassdoorPros: There is opportunity to grow
Cons: There is a lot of change over and people can be a bit aggressive
View on GlassdoorPros: If you want the facade of a fake family this is the place to work. Management has been taught in their own meetings how to groom and manipulate low level staff (i have seen the training materials) and they are very good at it. They think that by saying that everyone is family that they can get people to stay but people soon figure out the facade.
Cons: This company is on a downward trajectory. They're technology is decades old they simply don't have the resources as their competitors and they will have to sell and be absorbed by larger company so you can expect layoffs and more consolidation which just burns out people. Also many things they do and the way the Way they handle certain things causes money to just flow out the door. These things have been brought to the attention of management but they ignore the sieve of money leaving the company because they're embarrassed it may be seen as their responsibility and it really is. Most of the managers don't even know how to run many of these old and new systems. They definitely don't abide by the rule that the manager should know the specific way a job is done with their underlings. Most of them would not be able to take over the job of a low-level staff member. Also there are 0 SOPs. The best you will find is ancient SOPs from the year 2000 to 2015, years outdated and most of the time on systems that are not even used anymore. Management spends more time dumping their work on lower level employees so that they can be freed up for more meetings in which they spend most of their time just joking around and not accomplishing any work. Trust me I've seen it all.
View on GlassdoorPros: The resort across the street was nice
Cons: The only thing good about this place was the training. This place needs a lot of help. Best pay plan on the beach but can't get enough reps? Can't keep enough reps. Overworked/burnt out employees. Lots of favoritism, racism, and narcissism going on at this place. Once you see it you can't unsee it. They only give certain tours to certain people. Management barely knows what they're doing, and will cost you deals just to try to sell bigger ones. Be prepared to wait in line for at least 20 minutes for a manager. they've got well qualified reps they refuse to promote. Short staffed and just overall feels like your set up for failure here from the start. Many employees afraid to speak on what they feel/ how they're treated bc of intimidation tactics by management.

The selection process consists of two interview rounds. The first round focuses on assessing the candidate’s overall suitability, while the technical round is conducted by the US team. Both rounds are typically scheduled and completed within one week, ensuring a quick and efficient hiring process for shortlisted candidates.
Sample questions
It was smooth and quick. The interview process involves an initial screening to discuss my background and experience. This is followed by technical interviews where I demonstrate my problem-solving skills, knowledge of testing tools, and experience with real-world scenarios. I discussed my approach to teamwork, challenges and project management. Finally, an HR discussion covers role expectations and company policies.
Sample questions
It was a permanent position. They agreed on my expected ctc before interview process. They schedules my interview and after 2 rounds I got selected. My notice period in my current company was about to end. There was a delay in getting offer letter by Holiday Inn Club Vacation and hr requested me to not join anywhere. So I declined the other offer which I was holding, but after that HICV HR said, they are facing some budget issue and they can only offer me the ctc 5L - 6L less than the offer I was holding. At the end they havent shared letter. It was a bad experience. No one should deal with such companies.
