Pros: The overall interview process was professional, and the initial discussions were insightful. The interviewers were approachable, and I got an opportunity to discuss my recent project, architecture, .NET, C#, SQL, and other areas of my experience. The interaction with the team provided a good understanding of the role and the kind of work involved. Cons: For a Lead Software Engineer – Development role, I felt the later face-to-face discussion was heavily focused on database and data-oriented topics. While SQL Server, database architecture, performance tuning, and data engineering are clearly important parts of the JD, there was comparatively limited discussion around .NET/C#, application architecture, Azure, development practices, and broader technical leadership. Only one question was specifically focused on .NET/C# during that discussion. As a result, I felt that my overall development and architecture experience was not fully assessed. Overall: The process was respectful and professionally conducted, and I appreciate the opportunity to interview with Icertis. My feedback would be to ensure that the interview evaluation covers the broader skill set mentioned in the JD, particularly for a lead-level development position. The experience was still valuable from a learning and interview perspective.
one technical interview with major focus on ai part and ability to handle workloads. Some ai projects were really helpfull. With medium to easy dsa questions. and understanding of selenium

On a particularly hot day, I was contacted directly by the recruiter and invited for an in-person interview for a senior sales role. I attended the discussion as scheduled, with consistent coordination from the recruiter, Rakhi Pukale, prior to the meeting to ensure I reached the venue on time. The interaction with the business stakeholder was positive—he was professional, modest, and reasonable in his approach. I left the interview with a good impression, anticipating further feedback. However, post-interview, there was no communication from the recruitment team. Despite multiple follow-ups via email and messages, I did not receive any response. While I continue to hold Icertis in high regard for its strong brand and market reputation, this experience was disappointing. A lack of closure—whether in the form of feedback, acknowledgment, or even a formal rejection—can impact candidate perception. I hope the Talent Acquisition team continues to uphold the company’s brand value by ensuring a more responsive and respectful candidate experience going forward.
The interview process did not feel completely fair or transparent. During my visit, I observed that one candidate was referred internally and was given preference. Their interview was conducted by a colleague in a more relaxed manner, and they were selected. On the other hand, some candidates who appeared technically capable were rejected. The evaluation criteria did not seem consistent across candidates, which raised concerns about bias in the hiring process. Overall, the experience could have been more structured and merit-based.
It was easy. they make sure you understand the role and what is expected. Why this company? What do you want to gain? It is an entry level position, so do not worry much, they don't ask technical questions a lot.
