Timely salary but poor work culture and micromanagement
Pros: You will get salary on time with variable pay.
Cons: Very poor work culture. Seniors can be egoistic, and there is excessive micromanagement. I was in the Alaska department, where the technical manager was rarely available in the office. There was also indirect pressure to work on Saturdays and constant pressure regarding job security. Overall, I would not recommend this company, especially to freshers.
