Whenever any issue arises, they are open to feedback and work towards resolving it efficiently. The HR team is also extremely helpful, responsive, and supportive throughout the employee journey. One of the biggest advantages of working here is the opportunity to continuously learn new technologies and work on challenging projects that help enhance technical and professional skills. The appraisal process is fair and rewarding, with good recognition for performance and contributions. The company also maintains an excellent work-life balance, allowing employees to stay productive without feeling overburdened. It was 30 minutes interview overall 3 rounds. In first round 1 interviewer took while in second round two interviewer took it.and 3rd round was hr round.in hr round salary, vacancy, location was discussed.i accepted the offer.all the rounds took place in zoom meeting.

I had a terrible interview experience. The interviewer, didn't even ask for an introduction. When I asked for questions to be repeated, I didn't receive proper responses. They seemed annoyed when I sought clarification and didn't provide clear answers. It felt like I was being interviewed by a support person focused on keywords rather than understanding the concepts.
