You Can't Do Good Work in a Corrupt System
Pros: If I had to pick something, the benefits package was not completely terrible.
Cons: - The favoritism was disgustingly obvious certain people got easier assignments, lighter workloads, and real feedback while the rest of us were abandoned to struggle alone.
- It becomes infuriating once you realize metrics mean absolutely nothing and everything depends on who is connected to the right people.
- I watched someone with half the experience get promoted for nothing except personal connections.
- The entire environment was poisoned from meeting participation to whose voice actually mattered in a room all controlled by some invisible ranking system that had nothing to do with skill or competence.
- You could be doing outstanding work and none of it mattered if you were not part of the inner circle.
- Eventually the constant favoritism destroys your motivation fast and makes all effort feel completely worthless.

Control and dishonesty dominated every moment
Pros: Exposure to different client environments.
Cons: - Supervisors manufactured nonstop crises through careless planning and outright dishonesty.
- Expectations changed without warning, fueling exhaustion, frustration, and constant blame.
-Control mattered more than clarity, breeding an atmosphere of intimidation where trust disappeared.
- Turnover stayed high because burnout was dismissed and disrespect became routine.

Crushed by Workload and Starved for Compensation
Pros: The company is growing and constantly adding new hires, which gives the illusion of progress.
Cons: You come in expecting guidance and support, but instead you are buried under an impossible workload while earning far less than you deserve. The work environment is draining, morale is shattered, and exhaustion is constant. Employees leave frustrated and disheartened, and unhappiness is everywhere you look.

A soul-crushing grind with nothing in return
Pros: If there’s a silver lining, it’s buried under all the dysfunction. Can’t honestly think of one.
Cons: The environment is beyond toxic. Management drains every ounce of energy from employees and treats people like machines built to serve their bottom line. The stress is unbearable, and the constant pressure is paired with insulting pay. The sheer audacity to expect so much while giving so little is maddening.

Promises of a good future are blatant lies! Beware!
Pros: Coworkers were great and fun, they make the atmosphere lighter.
Cons: The real reason why we constantly see new faces is because the employee turnover was high! Management new nothing better to do than to lie! Misleading people in their expertise! Even reviews about the company are fake! Their promises of a good future are blatant lies! Beware!
