Good company for freshers who wants to learn.
Pros: If you are focused towards learning things, KTree provides opportunities if they feel you are worthy.
Cons: Some times employees may feel stressed due extended working hours.

CEO is an IDI-0-T, all positive reviews are written by him.
Pros: - nothing. - can't think of one.
Cons: - CEO : A guy who is watchdog, thinks he knows everything but doesn't even know basic stuff. He thinks he is a programmer, tester, project manager, sales manger, HR and what not. -HR : arrogant, worst human being, being a women she doesn't understand the problem of mensuration of female employees. She is just a keep of CEO. - work hours : initially they'll say, 10AM to 7PM... But they'll force you to work from 10AM TO 10PM. - CULTURE: not positive culture from CEO, he instructs every employee to not to talk to each other. - bond: they'll all 2 years bond and also they'll torture you for those 2 years. - leaves: they won't give leaves, if at all there is emergency, then they'll make us work more on the next day. Just like revenge. - technologies: only open source technologies are used. We will never get an exposure of enterprise level Tools

Never ever join this company, I repeat, never.
Pros: No pros, Ktree shouldn't be called a company, better to go to jail than joining here. Freshers or experienced, please do not ruin your career, better to take some time, interview good companies and join there. Do not join here.
Cons: Ktree is a jail, you can look at the other reviews that are posted. The positive reviews are from the Ktree management, who think themselves to be oversmart by giving fake positive reviews. It was a torture period for me till the time I was a part of this company.

They will ask you to sign 2 years bond. They offer very low salary.Go there only if you have 100% sure you cannot get a job anywhere in this world. This is the last place to work when all options are closed. They wasted my whole day taking various rounds of interivew , from written test to final round with ceo. At last asked me to join them if I am willing to work at less than my present salary, and ready to sign 2 years bond.
