Pros: Good work life with tasks assignment
Cons: clarity of role is not within team or strucutre
View on GlassdoorPros: Good people culture, hybrid set up
Cons: Slow promotions, driven by business requirement rather than performance
View on GlassdoorPros: Flexible culture, good work life balance
Cons: Increament is not so good
View on GlassdoorPros: Very fast-paced work environment. You might be asked to work on multiple projects at the same time
Cons: The company wants employees to work from office, but there are not enough desks or cafeteria space to accommodate everyone comfortably. At times, 2–3 people end up sharing one desk. Even lunch becomes difficult because of overcrowding, and I often had to wait until 3 PM to eat. My experience with senior leadership has been disappointing. Meetings often feel less like professional discussions and more like school assemblies where employees are lectured instead of heard. There is very little support for employees, while managers are given excessive unchecked authority. Workload is constantly overwhelming to the point where there is no mental peace, and work stress starts affecting personal health and life outside office. Corporate politics exist everywhere, but here it feels extremely visible and difficult to avoid. Partiality is noticeable, and employee concerns rarely feel prioritized. The stress, overtime, and pressure significantly affected my health during my time here.

Overall, I had a very positive experience with the interview process. The HR team was professional, responsive, and communicative throughout the process. The interview panel was highly experienced and professional, and the requirements for the role were explained clearly and in depth. The first round was completely technical and focused on relevant skills and experience. The second round was more focused on the candidate’s approach, logical thinking, and scenario-based problem solving. Overall, it was a well-structured and professional interview process that gave a good opportunity to understand the role and demonstrate relevant skills.

Pathetic interview in my life, interviewer was very unprofessional and none of the questions were related to technical. I also felt the interviewer was rude and he switched off his camera which was very unprofessional.
I completed the full interview process, 3 rounds. Final round in office. They decide to take an Excel test. Fail me on the basis of the excel test. In the office they told me they were super impressed and all, but when i reach home, apparently I failed the excel test and I am no longer in consideration. IF THE EXCEL TEST IS SO IMPORTANT, CONDUCT IT FIRST AND FILTER OUT CANDIDATES. DO NOT WAIT TILL THE LAST ROUND.
Very bad Hiring process . Before Interview HR called and asked if I am joining Interview or not to confirm and after interview when I called back they said we will inform you and didn't inform after that they have started ignoring my calls. I have applied through their career site , they are not changing the application status so that atleast from there I can understand the status . For other application they have changed the status of not shortlisted atleast i got to know but for the one I have given interview the application is still the same and HR has blocked me . Very pathetic hiring process . I have received offer from another company but I wanted to join here hence i was following up before accepting offer from other company , Even i have mailed this situation to HR.
First round was aptitude based questions with technical question test. 10 of us got selected for the interview round which was majorly based on resume . Detailed project description was expected . the Interviewer was helping and gave a very calm vibe which made the process better .
