Horrible Environment

Pros: I had some nice coworkers

Cons: Everything. Had to use personal laptops for private confidential paperwork. Supervisors gave no support. Screamed at a coworker during a meeting for asking a question. Owners are shady. Lied to us about everything. Claimed that we “should have just known” different rules that were never expressed. Changed expectations without telling employees then got mad when we were unaware. Worst place I have ever worked. Run!!

Terrible company don't do it.

Pros: The families were great and it was a good experience working with them.

Cons: Where to start...owner is rude, unsupportive, will throw you under the bus to save her own behind. This is a mental health practice and the mental health of their employees doesn't even matter to them. Completely discussing how the owner refuses to help an employee that is struggling with their own mental health or dealing with anything outside of work. The hours were tedious and not good compensation for how much the job interrupts your own personal life.
