Pros: Great work culture at this company
Cons: Less opportunity for growth and individual contribution
View on GlassdoorPros: Good to work and learn more
Cons: Not as per my knowledge, it's good company.
View on GlassdoorPros: A lot of learning opportunities with exposure to diverse technologies, tools, and challenging projects. The environment provides ample opportunities to continuously develop technical skills, explore new areas, and gain hands-on experience with emerging technologies while working on real-world problems.
Cons: Nothing as such of a con
View on GlassdoorPros: Good work life balance yeah
Cons: Upper management has no clue on what they are doing
View on GlassdoorPros: Decent work life balance and enough learning opportunities
Cons: Reviews by peers just takes a lot of time. Too slow in this age of fast paced development with too much focus on nothing should break even months before actually going to prod

The recruitment process was quite difficult and challenging. It consisted of four rounds, and each round tested different skills and abilities. 1. **Online Assessment** – This round included aptitude, logical reasoning, technical questions, and coding problems. 2. **Group Discussion** – This round focused on communication skills, confidence, teamwork, and the ability to express and support your ideas. 3. **Technical Interview** – The interviewer asked questions related to technical subjects, projects, programming, and problem-solving. 4. **HR Interview** – The final round focused on personality, communication, career goals, strengths and weaknesses, and general HR questions. Overall, the recruitment process was challenging but provided a good opportunity to demonstrate both technical and interpersonal skills.
The interview was mainly about NCA certification fundamentals, operating system , Linux , cloud fundamentals and basic hardware related concepts and also be confident when you answer all the questions , do ask questions if you did not understand the questions
Sample questions
There were 3 interview rounds. First one on DSA, second on system design and the last one was by the Hiring Manager. Before the interviews there was a shortlisting Online round which had dsa questions. There were three questions in the online round.
Sample questions
Applied directly via recruiter's referral. Got an almost instant call back, gave a test in less than 3 hours of receiving. Test had two medium level coding problems and few mcq type questions. But soon after that recruiter directly started negotiating salary. Their proposed salary was lesser than my expectation still I continued, but then recruiter refused to accomodate the interview on the dates. and then ghosted.
Easy interview with questions on Computer Networks and general debugging questions and also questions on hardware troubleshooting , they wanted people who can solve problems and have decent knowledge about cloud , networks and basic coding.
