Pros: good work cultcure and flexible timing
Cons: layoffs and late promotions somtimes no promotions at all
View on GlassdoorPros: The company has strong investor backing and spends aggressively, sometimes on things that don’t appear necessary. The stock price itself tells a story — falling nearly 90% in around 1.5 years, from $87 to nearly $12. Another “interesting” aspect is the management structure — at times HR, admin, and leadership responsibilities seem blurred together, and you can sense the lack of structured management from day one.
Cons: Leadership operates heavily through internal politics, and collaboration often takes a back seat. Unprofessional behavior, including abusive language on calls, is not uncommon. Escalating concerns to management can feel risky, as employees fear retaliation or termination. Layoffs can happen abruptly during calls, with access revoked immediately. In some cases, employees report salary delays during disputes. The work culture also reflects a lack of trust, with excessive verification even during medical emergencies.

Had the interview with the lead AI engineer, he was a pleasure to talk to and we had a long and insightful conversation, mostly regarding agentic AI, it's applications, how to make them, etc
Sample questions
It was around 2 week process which includes 2 technical rounds and 1 managerial round. They asked basic manual interview terminologies and mainly scenarios based questions. Also talked about previous company project.
There were 3 rounds First Round - Technical, Focused on Core Concepts and knowledge about ,NET Core and ASP .NET MVC Second Round - Technical, Focused on Optimizations, Constructors, Security - Authorization and Authentication. Third Round - Technical+Managerial, Discussion about Past Projects and concepts i had implemented in Projects. REST APIs, .NET Syntax
Sample questions
DON’T APPLY THERE AND SAVE YOUR TIME! I have given the interview for a Ruby on Rails developer position, the first two rounds were technical and the third one was a hiring manager round. I cleared the first two rounds which were about Ruby on Rails concepts and nothing else, no DSA. In the third round, there were again technical questions from the hiring manager. Design a user messaging system with file and directory sharing like a cloud drive, design tables and necessary associations. I have discussed the problem statement, gathered the requirements and answered everything correctly all within interview timings. The interview was completed before the time so the interviewer said that Let's do some more questions and he asked some SQL queries which I also answered correctly. Then at the end, we discussed the roles and responsibilities that I would have and other things regarding culture. Everything went so good that I was expecting to receive an HR call for the offer but they rejected me via email. This is so unfair for me, I have given my time and efforts in these rounds and they rejected me with no reason. I was looking for opportunities to join and they were just time passing the whole time, why do you interview engineers if you are not willing to hire them?
Sample questions
The interview was of 3 rounds. After passing two rounds, the HR said you will have 3rd round with the director, which never happened till date. On calling the HR is cutting/not picking the phone. And on email no reply. In short there is an unprofessional attitude of HR as there is no proper communication.
