View on GlassdoorPros: My journey at Pine Labs over the last 1–2 years has been a very enriching one, with good opportunities to learn, take ownership and grow professionally. The Offline Payments vertical offers exposure to a wide range of areas — from onboarding, terminal management and transaction processing. Working on these systems gives a good understanding of the complexities involved in building and operating payment solutions at scale. I have also had the opportunity to work with experienced managers and leaders, which has helped me broaden my perspective, take on larger responsibilities and continuously improve as an engineer.
Cons: The pace can be demanding at times, with multiple priorities and dependencies across teams.
